Payment: By completing your purchase you agree to pay the full program fee. If you select the payment plan, all installments are due monthly on the same date as your first payment. Missed payments not resolved within 5 days may result in suspension of access until the balance is cleared. Payment plans cannot be paused, extended, or cancelled once enrollment is confirmed.
Program Delivery. Magnetic Leaders Academy is a 6-month group mentorship delivered via live online sessions (4 per month). You will receive access to the community platform, recorded modules, and ongoing feedback from Mizhgon Bakhti throughout the program. Founding Members also receive one private 60-minute 1:1 Brand Audit session. The Mentor reserves the right to reschedule sessions or make reasonable adjustments to the program structure where necessary.
Your Responsibilities. Results from this program depend on your own effort and implementation. By enrolling you agree to engage respectfully within the community, take responsibility for your own business decisions, and not share program materials or recordings outside of the program.
Intellectual Property. All program content, frameworks, and materials are the intellectual property of PT Creative Cloud Union and are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them as the basis for your own programs without written permission.
Results Disclaimer. Testimonials and case studies shared in connection with this program reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Outcomes vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside the Mentor's control.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication between both parties.
